Since then, the Catholic Church has officially recognized 72 miracles at this exact location.
The presence that appeared to Bernadette is still active in that cave.

Twice each month, our volunteers in France walk into the Lourdes Grotto carrying prayers from around the world.
They place each written petition in the box where Our Lady appeared to Bernadette.
Your prayer will be photographed at the Grotto.
And you’ll receive proof within 7-9 days showing exactly where your petition rests.

Step 3
You receive photos of your prayer at the Lourdes Grotto in your email. Our volunteers visit the Grotto twice monthly to ensure every prayer reaches this holy ground.
